1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Shipping Policy

  • pkstylelook.com currently ships only within Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or other external factors.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    • For COD orders, customers must pay a confirmation fee of PKR 200 via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other approved payment methods.
    • This fee is non-refundable and ensures the processing and confirmation of your order.
    • Failure to pay the confirmation fee within 24 hours of placing the order may result in cancellation.
  • Prepayment Orders:
    • Customers who choose to prepay for their orders (via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other approved methods) are not charged the PKR 200 confirmation fee.
    • Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
    • Prepaid orders will be processed and shipped on a priority basis.

4. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other approved mobile payment services.
  • For COD orders, the remaining payment (after the PKR 200 confirmation fee) will be collected at the time of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The confirmation fee of PKR 200 (for COD orders) is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed via the original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped.
    • Please note that for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the confirmation fee of PKR 200 is final and cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
    • For prepaid orders, we ensure your satisfaction with a full refund guarantee.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Product Availability and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will remain unchanged.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • pkstylelook.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products; however, please note that slight variations may occur.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • We use secure payment gateways to protect your data.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
